LeCrue Eyebrows Artist Statement
At the time I painted this I was reflecting on the time we were living in the heart of the pandemic, in nyc, watching the world change in front of our eyes. They kept saying "new normal" on TV. Although we all lost so much during this time, my attention was focused on all of the new life that was coming. Some families were already expecting and some families were just finding out the news that a new addition was on it's way. A new life would be introduced to a "new normal".
